Robert "Bob" Pryor - Founder

Bob has been active over 45 years, in a variety of executive positions in both large global establishments as well as small “mom and pop” businesses. He established Leadership and Management training schools in many of these firms to grow and develop their future management from the inside out. 

Bob has also led his own training firm which specialized in training executives how to run companies involved in global export and import, as well as fundamental management courses. He has, in the last few years, functioned as a Leadership and Management consultant assisting firms in evaluating potential management within their own ranks.

Bob also trains his students to lead and manage “outside the box” as many of the text books do not cover the “real world” when it comes to “hands on” leadership. Bob’s goal with this venture, “The Common Sense Approach to Leadership” is to prepare future leaders what to expect in situations which demand not only book learning, but “street smart” in order to meet the challenges of our ever changing world.

This is indeed a “labor of love” for Bob
